How to Register — March 2027

STEP 1 • TEAM EOI — OPEN NOW • FREE
A team organiser submits the EOI form below with their contact details and intended division. No final squad or payment is needed now. An EOI is an expression of interest, not a completed team registration, and does not reserve a place.

STEP 2 • TEAM REGISTRATION — FROM 1 NOVEMBER 2026
Team managers will receive an email explaining how to register their team. The $300 team entry fee secures your team’s place in the tournament and is non refundable. (If TAG7 cancels your division, your team entry fee will be refunded in full.) Each team requires a squad of 12–14 players, with team colours selected by the manager.

STEP 3 • MANAGER RECEIVES THE PLAYER LINK
Once the team registration payment is made, TAG7 sends the individual player registration link to the team manager. The manager shares that link with their players and parents.

STEP 4 • PLAYERS REGISTER, CHOOSE SIZES & PAY
Parents and players use the link supplied by their manager to register with the correct team. During registration and payment, players choose their playing number, shirt size and shorts/tights size.
Player registration: $140 per player, including a $10 donation to the Ricky Stuart Foundation.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE EOI?
TAG7 will email teams that have submitted an EOI with information explaining how to complete team registration when it opens on 1 November 2026. Use your team contact email in the EOI so your organiser receives those instructions.

PARENTS & PLAYERS — WHAT TO DO NOW
If you have a team organised, stay in touch with your manager during the EOI stage. You do not need to submit a separate team EOI or pay player registration now. Your manager will share the player link after the team registration payment is made.
